SOYEE Hub: Where Young Rwandans Build Skills, Launch Careers, and Achieve Economic Independence
Skills and Opportunities for Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship
SOYEE stands for Skills and Opportunities for Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship.
Dream Village’s SOYEE Hubs are community-based training centers where young people gain practical skills, business knowledge, and access to income opportunities.
Delivered in partnership with Plan International Rwanda, SOYEE is designed to move young people from unemployment to sustainable livelihoods.
What is a SOYEE Hub?
A 6-month pathway from training to income.
A SOYEE Hub is an intensive, structured program that combines:
– Hands-on vocational training
– Business and financial education
– Startup support
– Ongoing mentorship
Participants do not just learn. They graduate ready to earn.
From Training to Income
Each participant follows a clear pathway:
1. Skills training in a chosen trade
2. Business planning and financial literacy
3. Startup kit distribution
4. Mentorship and alumni support
This ensures that every graduate has the tools and support to succeed.
