Our integrated model combines health care, empowerment, and agriculture into one peer-driven system designed to improve both wellbeing and long-term independence.

Our Three Program Pillars
PILLAR 1: YOUTH HEALTH CARE PROGRAM
Access comprehensive youth-friendly health services through our CATS (Community Adolescent Treatment Supporters) model.
Programs include:
- Peer counseling and psychosocial support
- HIV treatment adherence support
- Mental health services
- Home visits and support groups
- Comprehensive sexuality education
- Youth-friendly health facility services
Dream Village currently operates across 12 health facilities in Kigali, helping young people achieve healthier outcomes and stronger support systems.

PILLAR 2: YOUTH EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM
Our empowerment programs help young people gain practical skills and create income opportunities.
SOYEE Hub
Vocational training in:
- Welding
- Tailoring

Participants receive startup kits and business support.
Rwanda Nook Hub
Digital self-learning and innovation opportunities in:
- Entrepreneurship
- Electronics
- Carpentry
- Agriculture
- Business skills

35 graduates in the first SOYEE cohort, with 60% female participation.
PILLAR 3: AGRICULTURE PROGRAM
Our agriculture initiatives provide practical training in:
- Moringa production
- Organic farming
- Agroforestry
- Vegetable cultivation
- Agribusiness development
SRHR is integrated across all programs, addressing contraception, menstrual health, prevention of teen pregnancy, gender-based violence, and reproductive rights.
