Empowering HIV Positive Youth to Become Rwanda’s Change Agents.
Dream Village is a community-driven NGO in Rwanda transforming the lives of young people living with HIV. We turn stigma into strength by equipping youth with skills, confidence, and opportunities to become leaders and change agents in their communities.
Founded in 2016, Dream Village is dedicated to helping HIV positive youth and young adults unlock their full potential. Our mission is to create a Rwanda where people living with HIV are recognized as change makers, not as objects of charity.
- Certified NGO: ED certified through NGOsource (equivalent to U.S. public charity).

“I had got an opportunity to visit Dream Village in 2020. I was very impressed with the brilliant work they were doing. They provide economic empowerment and other life skills training for HIV infected people. These trainings are not only positively impacting their lives but also creating awareness and a mindset shift in the community. I admire the great work of the founder and his team members.”
