Who we are

Empowering HIV Positive Youth to Become Rwanda’s Change Agents.

Dream Village is a community-driven NGO in Rwanda transforming the lives of young people living with HIV. We turn stigma into strength by equipping youth with skills, confidence, and opportunities to become leaders and change agents in their communities.

Founded in 2016, Dream Village is dedicated to helping HIV positive youth and young adults unlock their full potential. Our mission is to create a Rwanda where people living with HIV are recognized as change makers, not as objects of charity.
